This hands-on internship provides you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience alongside experienced HR professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student studying or aspiring towards a career in HR, recruitment, human services, employee relations, psychology, business administration, and/or labor studies (a plus!)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred)
• Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Interest in the world of sports (a plus!)

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with various recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
• Gain exposure to the onboarding process and compliance checks.
• Learn about high-volume recruitment strategies used by USA Sport Group.
• Contribute to projects that support a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Participate in administrative tasks and research projects as assigned.
