Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student studying or aspiring towards a career in HR, recruitment, human services, employee relations, psychology, business administration, and/or labor studies (a plus!)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred)
- Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in the world of sports (a plus!)
Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with various recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Gain exposure to the onboarding process and compliance checks.
- Learn about high-volume recruitment strategies used by USA Sport Group.
- Contribute to projects that support a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in administrative tasks and research projects as assigned.
