Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A genuine interest in sales and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a team environment (a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotations across various sales functions, such as lead generation, account management, and proposal development.
- Support sales professionals with administrative tasks, market research, and customer outreach.
- Conduct research and assist with developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Support the sales process by creating presentations and competitive analyses.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
