Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Verify identification and ensure compliance with bank regulations and security protocols.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate financial records.
• Answer customer questions regarding bank products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Assist with resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
