The Woods Hole Summer Student Fellowship in the United States is currently accepting applications. Fellows will collaborate with sponsors to select and work on research projects and will have access to engaging talks, seminars, and an ocean sampling cruise. Requirements and Qualifications:

– Applicants must be undergraduate students who will have completed their junior year before the fellowship period begins.

– Students in three-year Bachelor’s degree programs should be in their second year, and those in five-year combined Bachelor/Master’s degree programs should be in their third year.
– Fellows are required to deliver a mid-summer oral progress report, prepare a written report of their research, and present their results in a public format.
– Attendance at the Summer Lecture Series and the Ethics in Science Workshop is mandatory for all fellows.
