Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• A high level of curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching and gathering information for news stories.
• Conduct interviews and transcribe audio recordings (as assigned).
• Contribute to content creation for various platforms (online, social media).
• Assist with camera operation and basic video editing tasks (as available).
• Support news production by logging footage, writing scripts, and completing other assigned tasks.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of news production, from story development to broadcast.
• Participate in other duties as assigned by the News Director or Internship Supervisor.
