Waikato University Scholarships

University of Waikato Hilary Jolly Memorial Scholarship 2024

The Hilary Jolly Memorial Scholarship was established in 1978 under the provisions of the will of the late Dr. Violet Hilary Jolly (MSc, PhD) with funds held in trust by the University of Waikato Foundation. This scholarship supports University of Waikato students undertaking research in the field of Freshwater Ecology in New Zealand. Up to two scholarships will be offered each year, with a total funding available of $10,000. The scholarship will be awarded to up to two recipients each year. It is anticipated that the funds will be depleted by 2024, so the scholarship will be offered annually until then.
