Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • First level university degree in the built environment, civil or environmental engineering, business, international development, or another relevant technical field.

Work Experiences:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in construction, in the private, public or development sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sustainable construction will be an advantage.
  • Experience working for a market systems development, a private sector development programme, or in the private sector will be an advantage. Experience in multi-stakeholder activities with the public and private sector will be an advantage.

Languages:

  • Excellent command of English and working knowledge of Portuguese required.
  • Knowledge of a local language would be an advantage.
