Summary:

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) operates the Arctic Interagency Visitor Center (AIVC) in Coldfoot, Alaska, in partnership with the National Park Service and US Fish and Wildlife Service. They are seeking a team of two volunteers to fulfill various roles. One volunteer will assist with campground duties such as greeting campers, fee collection, enforcing regulations, and maintaining facilities. The other volunteer will provide visitor services, interpretation, and information at the AIVC.

The Dalton Highway, which leads to the AIVC, offers a unique and remote experience for visitors, including landmarks like the Yukon River and the Arctic Circle. The volunteers will work approximately five days on and two days off each week, with a total of around 200 hours per month. They must bring their own trailer or RV for accommodation.
