Roles:
Coastrek Canberra requires a variety of volunteer roles to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for participants.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods (depending on the role)
- Reliable and committed to your assigned shift
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary depending on your assigned role, but may include:
- Setting up and packing down rest stops
- Cheering on trekkers and providing encouragement
- Distributing water and refreshments
- Assisting with registration or information booths
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Directing participants and answering questions
