Role:
This role focuses on transporting clients to and from medical appointments, ensuring their safe and comfortable journey.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and hold a valid C Class driver’s license with a clean record.
- Reliable vehicle with adequate insurance coverage is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and respect.
- Ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and be reliable.
- Willing to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check (facilitated by the program).
Responsibilities:
- Pick up clients from their homes and transport them safely to their designated medical appointments.
- Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
- Wait for clients during their appointments and return them home safely.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable vehicle environment.
- Treat clients with respect and dignity, upholding confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Adhere to program guidelines and procedures, ensuring safety and professionalism.
