Education & Qualifications Requirements
- Have University degree in Urban Development
- Have master degree in Urban Development, geography, GIS, Urban Planning and Design.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management.
- Have University degree in public relations.
Work Experiences:
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of sustainable development and GIS, spatial analysis.
- Have Experience in drawing and preparing plan graphical material using computer-assisted design tools.
- Have experience of urban planning projects.
- Have experience in GIS software, data analysis and maps production.
- Must have Experience in crisis post-conflict contexts.
- Have Experience in working on social change projects.
- Skilled in Leading, designing and managing of building processes.
- Have a knowledge in understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals.
- Have experience in working international agencies.
Languages:
- Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities Career:
- The Expert is responsible for supporting the implementation of several urban planning projects.
- Must advise and work with the Urban Lab team to analyze, collect urban projects.
- Skilled in Developing analytical and diagnostic maps, drawings, graphics and related reports.
- Skilled in developing critical analysis of existing planning documents and instruments with GIS support.
- Developing training materials for GIS, remote sensing, data analysis.
- Developing and organize participatory, multi-stakeholder processes.
- Must Providing technical recommendations to Urban Lab documents and publications.
