Documentation Requirements
- Bank statement, and/or
- Bank letter, and/or
- Passbook, and/or
- Loan agreement dated no more than 6 months before the date of your application, and/or
- Sponsorship letter and permission to stay from sponsor, and/or
- Statement in the Evidence section of your Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) which reflects that you will receive a scholarship from the University of Bristol, and/or
- Receipts for tuition fees and/or accommodation paid to the University of Bristol.

Eligibility
Undergraduate
To be eligible for the University’s undergraduate scholarships, you must:
- Have applied to any undergraduate course at the University of Bristol, with the exception of medicine, dentistry and veterinary science.
- Start your undergraduate course in September 2024.
- Be classed as an overseas student for fee-paying purposes.
- Not already be in receipt of other funding which would equate to more than the full cost of tuition fees alongside a Bristol scholarship.
Postgraduate
To be eligible for the University’s postgraduate scholarships, you must:
- Have applied to any eligible one-year, full-time taught master’s programme, or one of our eligible two-year programmes: MSc Social Work and MA Law;
- Start your master’s programme in September 2024;
- Be classed as an overseas student for fee-paying purposes;
- Not already be in receipt of other funding which would equate to more than the full cost of tuition fees alongside a Bristol scholarship.
