Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management / Security Risk Management.Security and Safety certification.
- Have a University degree in political science / social sciences and international relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security and Safety certification.
Work Experiences:
- Work Experience in having established networks with the Host Government or other security actors from previous employment.
- Work Experience supports the Representative or Head of Office in managing staff safety and security of the Organization. Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full knowledge of understanding of NGOs’ missions and goals.
- Full-Knowledge in public relations.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Having a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for supporting the Protection Cluster to ensure that protection informs and shapes the overall humanitarian response.
- Responsible for providing comments on existing and draft legislation related to PoC.
- Responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on protection issues to PoC.
- Responsible for conducting eligibility and status determination for PoC in compliance with UNHCR procedural standards.
- Responsible for contributing to a country-level child protection plan as part of the protection strategy.
