Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Skilled Degree in International Relationships and Communication.
  • Have University degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, chemistry.

Work Experiences:

  • Have experience in international relationships and communication.
  • skilled experience in engagement of initiatives.
  • Have an Excellent skill in writing and speaking communication skills, and the capacity to establish productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Have Knowledge of the national context of Comoros and experience in environmental public policy in Comoros.
  • Must have Experience in multi-stakeholder engagement and working with government authorities.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Resposible for Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of assigned youth-related programmes.
  • Responsible for Performing outreach and communication strategies for programmes and initiatives; integrates youth-related activities and components across campaign workstreams in collaboration with other parts of UNEP
  • The Expert is responsible for  supporting the implementation of several environment planning projects.
  • Must advise and work with the qualified team to analyze, collect climate projects.
  • Skilled in Developing analytical and diagnostic maps, drawings, graphics and related reports.
  • Developing and organize participatory, multi-stakeholder processes.
  • Must Providing technical recommendations to Environment documents and publications.
