Education & Qualifications Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/engineering.
- Have a university degree in Construction Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management.
- Have University degree in public relations.
Work Experiences:
- Work Experience in providing contracts management in the areas of large and complex construction.
- Experience in renovation projects in international or multinational environments.
- United Nations public procurement rules and regulations.
- Work Experience in processing claims and change orders in a construction environment.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.
- Knowledge in public health.
Languages:
- Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Supporting the contracts management officer with the development.
- Managing contract changes and supporting the preparation of contract amendments.
- Participating in contract review meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
- Developing and implementing contract compliance checklists.
- Providing input to statements of works, and requirements.
