Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Have Bachelor’s degree in sustainable development, public affairs, international relations, political science.
- Have Bachelor’s degree in project management.
Work Experiences:
- Have minimum of five years of experience in general office support.
- Have minimum five years of experience in sustainable development.
- Skilled in track record in analytical research.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Frequency in oral and written Japanese would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for Assisting the coordination of planning and preparation work for UNCRD’s 3R/Circular economy project.
- Responsible for Serving as focal point for administrative coordination of project implementation activities.
- Skilled in Compiles, summarizes, and presents basic data on specific programmes and projects.
- Responsible for Reviewing project documents, especially cost plans/budgets, for completeness and compliance with relevant rules.
- Responsible for Reviewing budget revisions, verifies availability of funds; ensures necessary approval and entry in computerized budget system.
- Skilled in updating periodic reports, briefing notes, graphic and statistical summaries, accounting spreadsheets.
- Responsible for Carrying out basic research on selected aspects of assigned training courses, including the collection, analysis and presentation of statistical data.
