Partial Funding for Arts & History Researchers

Summary:

The Sainsbury Research Unit at the University of East Anglia offers the UEA Archives and Collections Visiting Fellowships 2024 for researchers pursuing a Research Fellow/Scientist degree in the field of Arts & History. These fellowships provide an opportunity to conduct research on the arts of Africa, Oceania, and the Americas. Both doctoral candidates and advanced doctoral applicants are eligible to apply.


Application Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a doctorate and aim to conduct research for publications in the arts.
  • In exceptional cases, advanced doctoral applicants may also be considered.
  • Scholars from Humanities, Social Sciences, and related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Fellowship Benefits:

  • Each 4-week Fellowship includes GBP 2,500 in funding.
  • Living expenses of GBP 2,000 and up to GBP 500 for travel expenses.
