Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Have a University degree in social sciences.
  • Have a University degree in international relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in political sciences.
  • Have a University degree in public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Professional experience in working in human rights / political affairs.
  • Professional experience in international relations & law.
  • Perfect experience in human rights.
  • Experience in international criminal law investigations.
  •  Good ability to conceptualize ideas and advocate consensus.
  • Good in Presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full knowledge of understanding of NGOs’ missions and goals.
  • Knowledge of international public relations.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Having a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for coordinating the travel of civilian and military personnel including civilian police.
  • Responsible for providing information about the frequency of air services and providing advice to staff and consultants.
  • Responsible for contacting airlines to make reservations, and negotiating the least expensive fares.
  • Responsible for calculating the residual values of partially used tickets when there is a rerouting.
  • Responsible for examining and pre-auditing the official itineraries of staff members.
