Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in transportation design, industrial design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Excellent understanding of transportation design principles and trends
• Proficient in 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk Alias, SolidWorks) and sketching techniques
• Have the ability to get to various worksite locations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
• Strong sense of form, proportion, and aesthetics
• Ability to translate design concepts into technical drawings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers with various tasks throughout the design process, from concept sketching to rendering
• Conduct research on emerging transportation technologies and user needs
• Develop and iterate on design concepts for next-generation vehicles or transportation systems
• Create high-quality renderings and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
