Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Have university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Partnership Management.
Work Experiences:
- Full-Knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair.
- Prefect skills in tatistical software and Data visualization tools.
- Good skills of usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel).
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
- Full-Knowledge in public relations.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Planning day-to-day operations of the UN RPP car fleet, assigns vehicles and drivers to support specific trips and missions.
- Assisting in the development of ConOps and mission plans.
- Coordinating the work of drivers / schedules mandatory training for UN RPP drivers.
- Monitoring fuel consumption to ensure it is in line with the milage of UN RPP cars.
