Education & Qualifications Requirements:
- Master’s degree in engineering, economics.
- Master’s degree in finance, urban transport planning or other discipline relevant to the transport sector.
- Full Understanding of Finance / Accounting.
- Have Commitment to the World Bank Group and IFC’s mission, and strategy.
Work Experiences:
- practical experience in urban transport, and general experience in broader transport issues.
- Experience of working on similar programs in developing countries (including middle-income countries), in activities financed by the World Bank or other financing/ government organizations
- Thorough understanding of the urban mobility sector in Nigeria is essential.
- Proven ability to build client relationships involving multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated familiarity and comfort with quantitative methods.
Languages:
- Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
