Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, economics.
  • Master’s degree in finance, urban transport planning or other discipline relevant to the transport sector.
  • Full Understanding of Finance / Accounting.
  • Have Commitment to the World Bank Group and IFC’s mission, and strategy.

Work Experiences:

  • practical experience in urban transport, and general experience in broader transport issues.
  • Experience of working on similar programs in developing countries (including middle-income countries), in activities financed by the World Bank or other financing/ government organizations
  • Thorough understanding of the urban mobility sector in Nigeria is essential.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated familiarity and comfort with quantitative methods.

Languages:

  • Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
