Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a first year of a Master’s degree program in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (M1/+4 years) (a plus)
  • A first experience in a shipping business position is appreciated.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and French is appreciated (at least two languages).
  • Detail-oriented and results driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and using relevant tools (QlikSense, Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CMA CGM Group’s Sustainable Development approach and net zero carbon emissions ambition (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance per customer and implement strategies to protect niche market clients.
  • Take ownership of feeder operations, enhancing the feeder optimization process.
  • Contribute to monthly reports and presentations for internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Management, Head Office).
