Responsibilities:

• Sell single game and group tickets, utilizing effective sales techniques and persuasive communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving ticket issues efficiently.
• Generate leads and manage fan databases, fostering relationships and encouraging repeat attendance.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional events, driving ticket sales and fan engagement.
• Contribute to other ticket sales and service tasks as assigned by the Ticket Sales & Service team.
