1. Application Requirements:

– Have a home sponsor from their affiliated university in their home country.
– Have a host sponsor from the institution where they plan to pursue their training.
– Have host sponsors who are willing to take responsibility for their training.
– Receive support from their home and host institutions in the form of financial assistance and employment in their home country after completing the training.

For new applicants, the following documents are required:

– Submit a formal application to the Foundation office.
– Send a copy of the application to the host sponsors for their signature and forward it to the Foundation office.
– Obtain a recommendation letter from the home sponsor, stating qualifications, reasons for training abroad, support from home and host institutions, and employment and research prospects in the home country.
– Provide a letter of recommendation from the host supervisor, stating the candidate’s prospects for success, the duration of the program, and the facilities offered by the host institution.

For recipients, the following documents are required:

– Submit an application form, progress report, and accounting statement for funds already expended.
– Provide an evaluation letter from the host sponsor and a copy of the current transcript.
