NDC Associate Fellowship program

Empowering Next-Generation Leaders and Scholars

The NDC’s Research Division invites applications for its non-resident associate fellowship. The program nurtures emerging leaders and scholars, offering professional development through conferences and seminars. It comprises two categories: junior fellows, targeting promising individuals early in their careers, and senior fellows, aimed at established scholars with significant achievements.

  • Junior Fellows: Must hold an MA degree, have less than five years of work experience post-graduation, and demonstrate potential as future leaders or researchers.
  • Senior Fellows: Should have completed their Ph.D. at least five years before applying, possess a robust publication record, and be recognized as leading experts in their field.

Fellowship Benefits: While the fellowship does not provide a salary, associates receive compensation for their scholarly contributions according to the NDC’s publication authorship schedule.

Fellowship Type:

  • Junior Fellowships: Last for one year with a possible one-year extension.
  • Senior Fellowships: Span two years with an option to renew for another two.

Award Fellowships:

The fellowship is open to individuals from NATO and partner countries, aiming to enhance the NDC Research Division’s capabilities.
