Qualifications
- Be a current third or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Literature Studies, Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management, or a relevant field.
- Possess exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to solve problems and find creative solutions.
- Familiarity with statistical data analysis methods is a plus.
- Commitment to onsite work for 3-4 days per week for the six-month internship program is required.

Responsibilities
- Leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Automate, Visio, Power BI) to create and deliver high-caliber training materials.
- Actively participate in maintaining and optimizing the technical training department’s operational processes and systems.
- Gain hands-on experience by assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of equipment training programs.
- Integrate data science concepts to evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Receive exposure to project and program management within a dynamic business environment.
- Develop a personalized workflow that aligns with the department’s LEAN principles and fosters collaboration with external stakeholders.
