Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff, members, and program participants via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer hardware and software issues.
- Assist with user setup and configuration of new technology.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Research and learn new technologies relevant to the YMCA’s needs.
- May assist with IT projects and special events.
