Team – Equipment Intern

Calling all soccer enthusiasts with an eye for detail! The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC is seeking a motivated Team-Equipment Intern to join our dynamic team. Get hands-on experience supporting equipment operations, ensuring players have everything they need to perform their best.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about soccer and the professional sports environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of soccer equipment and player needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Equipment Manager with maintaining and organizing team equipment (training gear, game uniforms, etc.).
• Prepare locker rooms for training sessions and game days.
• Assist with equipment distribution and collection before, during, and after training sessions and matches.
• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and track usage.
• Assist with travel logistics by packing and unpacking equipment for away games (depending on program specifics).
• Perform other equipment-related tasks as assigned.
