Summary: TBLF Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship 2024 is a fully-funded, non-partisan program that trains and prepares young Nigerians for leadership roles in politics at the local, regional and national levels. The program aims to improve the quality and impact of Nigeria’s leadership pool and its development initiatives.
1. Application requirements: To apply, you must be:
– A U.S.-based journalist with at least two years of mass media experience or a student with an undergraduate degree and a demonstrated interest in science journalism¹².
– A U.S. citizen or permanent resident².
– Accepted by at least one graduate program in science writing before the application deadline, unless the program has a later acceptance date.
– Free of any criminal record or ongoing investigation by any national or international security body (such as Interpol, EFCC).
– Able to provide a letter of recommendation and a pledge of support from your employer or a regular client.
