Responsibilities:

Workato is currently seeking passionate and ambitious individuals for its Enterprise Automation Internship Programme. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, allowing interns to develop their technical skills. As an Enterprise Automation Intern, you will collaborate closely with the team and assist in tasks such as usage analysis, customer support, and event coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

– Designing and developing automation workflows for demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and customer projects.
– Creating integration connectors to seamlessly connect different systems and enhance workflow efficiency.
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
– Implementing best practices for automation workflows and integration development to ensure scalability and maintainability.
– Testing and debugging workflows and integration connectors to ensure accuracy and reliability.
– Continuously optimizing and improving automation workflows and integration connectors based on feedback and performance analysis.
– Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
– Analyzing data to extract valuable insights that shape product strategy and customer success.
– Guiding customers through the onboarding process, addressing inquiries and offering guidance for success.
– Assisting in the planning and coordination of training workshops and events.

Minimum Commitment:

6-12 months internship

During the school term, interns are expected to dedicate a minimum of 15 hours per week, except during exam periods when fewer hours are allowed. During school vacations, interns are required to commit a minimum of 30 hours per week within Workato Business Hours (9am-6pm).

Requirements:

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills:

– Currently enrolled in a degree program related to computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, business analytics, or a similar field.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) is advantageous.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that engage and captivate the audience.
– Language Proficiency Requirement: Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Japanese. Proficiency in spoken and written English is a plus.
– Overseas work or education experience is welcomed.
