Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (ideally pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or degree preferred).
  • Strong understanding of operational principles and a passion for ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with various operational tasks before, during, and after events at American Family Field.
  • Support with crowd management, logistics, and guest services.
  • Contribute to the coordination and supervision of event staff (as assigned).
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing fan experience.
  • Gain exposure to different areas of stadium operations, such as concessions, security, and guest relations (as available).
  • Participate in other duties as assigned by the Operations Management Supervisor.
