The FIPRS is a scholarship specifically intended to support international students. It covers international tuition fees and provides a stipend. A limited number of FIPRS scholarships are available each year, making it highly competitive. Successful applicants demonstrate outstanding aptitude for independent research, academic merit, and research indicators.
