Role:

This role focuses on assisting the Fundraising team with various administrative tasks related to donor management.

Requirements:

  • Warm phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions efficiently
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in a non-profit environment (a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Process and record donations accurately
  • Update donor contact information and communication preferences
  • Prepare donor receipts and thank-you letters
  • Assist with data entry and maintain donor database records
  • Support the Fundraising team with special projects and initiatives (as needed)
