Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Project Management a plus)
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, including creating timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Support with the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones
• Participate in project meetings and take detailed minutes to document discussions and decisions
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proposing solutions as needed
• Assist with creating project reports and presentations to communicate project status to stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project documentation and knowledge management practices
