Qualifications:

• Passion for baseball and a strong desire to work in the sports industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during the baseball season (April – September).

Responsibilities:

• Sell tickets to individual games, season packages, and group outings.
• Assist customers with game-day ticket inquiries and transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Process ticket orders and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist with event setup and operations on game days.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for the Box Office.
