Young Professionals Fellowship

Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) Fellowship 2024-2025

The YPFP Fellowship is a leadership development program designed for rising stars in foreign policy. This 18-month program provides hands-on experience in managing a non-profit organization with global impact. Fellows will work on strategy, execution, and leadership development alongside YPFP’s volunteer network.

Host countries

In one of YPFP’s branch cities.

Duration

Eighteen months, from July 2024 to December 2025. Fellows are expected to commit approximately 10 hours per week.

Foreign policy, international affairs, national security, and/or non-profit management.

Deadline

The application deadline for the 2024-2025 cohort was June 6, 2024.

Program Details

  • Fellows receive a stipend for their leadership role in managing YPFP.
  • The program offers three phases: planning, operationalizing, and transitioning. Fellows gain experience in various aspects of non-profit leadership.
