Qualification:

- Preferred experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
- High school diploma or GED, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Fluency in English at a professional level is a requirement.

- Conducting sales and providing customer service to our business customers, with a focus on building and developing relationships with them.
- Following our established TRS process, which includes building brand awareness, assessing customer needs, exceeding expectations, and building customer loyalty.
- Performing basic cashier duties and assisting customers with loading products into their vehicles.
- Maintaining the store’s appearance through cleaning and merchandising tasks, as well as restocking shelves and organizing incoming stock.
- Analyzing basic inventory information to ensure product availability and determine re-order status.
- Promoting our private label brands to maximize gross profit for The Restaurant Store.
- Educating potential customers on the competitive advantages of The Restaurant Store, including our knowledgeable staff, advanced technology, and competitive pricing.
- Possessing a thorough understanding of our website and assisting customers in utilizing our “Brick and Click” business model effectively.
