Qualification:

    • Preferred experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
    • High school diploma or GED, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
    • Fluency in English at a professional level is a requirement.

Skill Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary, along with a preference for experience in CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
  • Service-oriented leadership approach with a passion for exceeding expectations.

Physical Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 9 hours per day.
  • Effective communication skills involving speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Regular use of hands for tasks involving simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Frequent bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of medium weights, up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

          • Conducting sales and providing customer service to our business customers, with a focus on building and developing relationships with them.
          • Following our established TRS process, which includes building brand awareness, assessing customer needs, exceeding expectations, and building customer loyalty.
          • Performing basic cashier duties and assisting customers with loading products into their vehicles.
          • Maintaining the store’s appearance through cleaning and merchandising tasks, as well as restocking shelves and organizing incoming stock.
          • Analyzing basic inventory information to ensure product availability and determine re-order status.
          • Promoting our private label brands to maximize gross profit for The Restaurant Store.
          • Educating potential customers on the competitive advantages of The Restaurant Store, including our knowledgeable staff, advanced technology, and competitive pricing.
          • Possessing a thorough understanding of our website and assisting customers in utilizing our “Brick and Click” business model effectively.
