Waterfront Restoration LLC is currently offering an exciting Sales Internship, providing individuals with the chance to gain valuable sales experience and develop the necessary skills for a successful career in sales. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Director of Sales and Director of Marketing, acquiring essential sales tools and hands-on experience in lead generation, customer qualification, and deal closing. This internship is designed to prepare you for any sales job you aspire to in the future.

The part-time training for this internship will commence remotely in March/April, requiring approximately 15-10 hours per week. Following the training period, you will transition to full-time work from May to the end of August, with a commitment of 40-55 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Outdoor Sales (60%):

  • Meet prospects directly at their lake homes to discuss our services.
  • Build rapport with potential customers.
  • Create proposals tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Conduct presentations to showcase the proposed solutions.

Indoor Sales (20%):

  • Communicate with clients through phone calls, Zoom meetings, and emails.
  • Gather project details and requirements from clients during conversations.
  • Prepare written proposals based on the information obtained.

Project Management (20%):

  • Ensure effective management of customers’ projects.
  • Maintain updated notes and records of project progress.
  • Perform data entry to accurately capture project information.
  • Develop and follow established protocols to ensure smooth project execution.
