Qualifications:
- Passionate about baseball and a strong desire to work in the sports industry (preferred).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish a connection with a wide range of clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Adept with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and at ease picking up new programs.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- The capacity to function both independently and well in a team situation.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the baseball season (May – August).
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and sell group tickets and outings for businesses, schools, community organizations, and other large groups.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Assist with coordinating logistics and ensuring a smooth experience for groups attending games.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and during game days.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities for group sales initiatives.
- Ensure that all sales transactions and customer contacts are accurately documented.
- Participate in company meetings and training sessions.
