Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) (a plus)
- Experience with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM) (a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with various tasks related to IT projects
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
- Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) of new enterprise applications
- Support data migration and system implementation processes (as applicable)
- Conduct research and prepare documentation on IT processes and technologies
