Qualifications:

• Passionate Golfer: Possess a genuine love for the game and a desire to contribute to its growth.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in adhering to tournament schedules, regulations, and administrative tasks.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork: Communicate effectively with players, staff, and volunteers, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Able to handle unforeseen challenges and find solutions proactively.
• Fast Learner & Flexible: Willing to pick up new abilities and adapt to a variety of tournament requirements.
• Working knowledge of golf rules and etiquette preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with tournament setup, registration, scoring, and leaderboard management.
• Interact with players, parents, and coaches, providing information and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist with course marshaling, ensuring smooth player flow and adherence to tournament pace.
• Contribute to logistical tasks, including equipment management, player transportation, and sponsor relations (as needed).
• Support tournament director and staff with various administrative and operational duties.
• Gain exposure to different aspects of tournament operations and event management.
