Summary:
Susquehanna University’s Office of Learning Enhancement (OLE) is seeking a motivated student worker to join the Charlie’s Intern program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in supporting academic success and student development initiatives. You’ll work alongside the OLE team, assisting with various projects and programs that empower students to excel in their academic journeys.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a student at Susquehanna University.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for learning and student success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with program development and logistics for OLE initiatives (e.g., workshops, study skills resources).
- Provide administrative support to the OLE team (e.g., data entry, scheduling).
- Create engaging content (e.g., social media posts, flyers) to promote OLE services.
- Assist with maintaining and updating online resources for student learning.
- Manage student inquiries and provide support regarding academic resources.
- May have the opportunity to mentor or tutor fellow students (as applicable).

Location:
The internship will be located within the Office of Learning Enhancement at Susquehanna University. This is an on-campus opportunity; remote work is not available.
