Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Work Experiences:
- Candidates will typically have 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Working experience in managing agreements or partnerships.
- Prior experience escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Having experience working within a global, matrixed business, managing multiple internal stakeholders.
- Experienced in effectively operating in a fast-paced, high-energy, constantly evolving, team environment.
- Experience working with Product teams and an understanding of YouTube products, and multi-format YouTube programming.
- Knowledge of the content creator ecosystem and competitive landscape.
Languages:
- Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with YouTube creators and their teams.
- Drive activation of new product features, track business metrics and insights and execute legal agreements.
- Produce analyses, reviews, and recommendations to optimize performance and communicate key partner metrics and account plans to both creators and YouTube leadership.
- Advocate internally for creators, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and lead projects to enhance the overall creator experience and foster the creator ecosystem, ensuring brand/reputation management.
