Education & Qualifications Requirements

Education:

  • Business administration bachelor’s degree.
  • HR management bachelor’s degree.
  • Project management bachelor’s degree.
  • Have University degree in public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Work Experience in providing contracts management in the areas of large staff needs.
  • Work Experience in renovation projects in international or multinational environments.
  • Experience in United Nations public procurement rules and regulations.
  • Work Experience in processing claims and change orders in a construction environment.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.
  • Knowledge in public health.

Languages:

  • Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Know another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for performing under minimal supervision the full range of office management and medico administrative support functions.
  • Responsible for assisting in the coordination of service-wide activities.
  • Responsible for assisting in the preparation of presentation materials using appropriate technology.
  • Responsible for performing a variety of medical administrative duties.
  • Responsible for providing input to statements of works, and requirements.
