Education & Qualifications Requirements
Education:
- Business administration bachelor’s degree.
- HR management bachelor’s degree.
- Project management bachelor’s degree.
- Have University degree in public relations.
Work Experiences:
- Work Experience in providing contracts management in the areas of large staff needs.
- Work Experience in renovation projects in international or multinational environments.
- Experience in United Nations public procurement rules and regulations.
- Work Experience in processing claims and change orders in a construction environment.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.
- Knowledge in public health.
Languages:
- Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Know another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for performing under minimal supervision the full range of office management and medico administrative support functions.
- Responsible for assisting in the coordination of service-wide activities.
- Responsible for assisting in the preparation of presentation materials using appropriate technology.
- Responsible for performing a variety of medical administrative duties.
- Responsible for providing input to statements of works, and requirements.
