Sports Education Volunteer

This program combines your love of sports with giving back in Cordoba, Argentina. You’ll be helping disadvantaged youth by leading after-school sports programs. Through sports, you’ll promote physical activity, teamwork, and social connections for these young people.

International Volunteer HQ (IVHQ) is the sponsor of this program. They connect volunteers with meaningful projects around the world.

Location:

Cordoba, Argentina. You’ll likely be placed at a program serving a low-income community.

Fees:

Programs start at $350 for one week, with options for longer durations. This fee covers accommodation (often a volunteer homestay with meals included), airport pick-up, in-country support, and some meals. Flights and other personal expenses are not included. Volunteer Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Passion for sports and working with youth is essential
• Prior experience coaching or leading sports activities is a plus, but not mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and teenagers (Spanish fluency is helpful, but not always required – check with IVHQ for current requirements)
• Commitment to the program duration (1-12 weeks)
