Overview:
Lockheed Martin offers an internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience and exposure to 21st-century security critical skills. This internship is part of the Lockheed Martin Intern Academy and involves rotations within a 21CS domain program across the Lockheed Martin enterprise. As an intern, you will have the chance to complete two rotational assignments, providing approximately 320 hours of summer practicum experience within a BA program. Additionally, you will receive approximately 80 hours of training and instruction during the summer internship and 10 hours of training during the academic year. There is also an option to support recruitment efforts as an intern ambassador for 10 hours during the academic year.
Basic Qualifications:
- Completed at least two years of a four-year technical degree program
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Demonstrated aptitude for software programming
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated interest or aptitude for cybersecurity
- Desire to pursue a career in cybersecurity
