What you’ll do:
- Analyze potential social risks and impacts of IFC’s investments.
- Develop solutions to mitigate these risks, ensuring compliance with IFC’s Environmental and Social (E&S) Performance Standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure responsible project development.
- Guide clients on best practices in social risk management.
- Contribute to training programs on sustainability for IFC staff and clients.

Who you are:
- A highly motivated professional with a Master’s degree in a relevant field (Sociology, Anthropology, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social impact assessment and management, ideally in the private sector.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, with Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively and thrive in a multicultural environment.
