Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in social sciences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in public policy international development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management.
  • Have University degree in public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Work Experience at the national and international level in development research.
  • Experience in policy analysis and research organizations.
  • Experience in publications record with an international reputation for research.
  • Work Experience in mobilizing resources for research for program / institutional development.
  • Work Experience in familiarity with academic / policy and development institutions and professional networks.
  • Full knowledge of understanding of UN and NGO systems and goals.

Languages:

  • Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Articulate the major components of a cutting-edge/multidisciplinary global research agenda.
  • Inspiring vision and exercising analytic leadership to identify key issues for UNRISD research.
  • Manage, guide, develop, and train staff.
  • Lead the preparation and implementation of a strategy for resource mobilization.
  • Responsible for developing program and project proposals and fundraising efforts.
