Scholarship Details
The Monash University is offering the Sir John Monash Scholarships for Excellence at Monash University 2024 to the top ten international candidates pursuing an International Baccalaureate or Year 12 in Australia. The scholarship provides partial funding of up to AUD 40,000 for successful applicants.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Sir John Monash Scholarships for Excellence at Monash University 2024, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be international students.
- Applicants must have an offer, either unconditional or conditional, to enroll in an eligible course.
- Applicants to this scholarship must have a first-class undergraduate degree or the equivalent.
Selection Criteria
The selection criteria are based on one’s academic achievement, the highest-achieving students with an ATAR of 98.00 or above are eligible.
Value of the Scholarship
All successful applicants of Sir John Monash Scholarships for Excellence at Monash University will receive partial funding of up to AUD 40,000 as an award for four years up to 20241. Recipients may be asked to participate or be profiled in relevant Monash marketing, recruitment, and promotional activities. An invitation to apply for a place in Monash Minds, a leadership program for first-year students, is also included.
Application Process
No application process is required. Eligible students are automatically considered for this scholarship when they apply for a Monash undergraduate degree through VTAC1.
